1.When will my order dispatched?
For common goods,generally,we will arrange the shipment in 5 working days after receipt of payment.
For stocked goods, Delivery is made immediately after all items are well packed.
For special goods,(For example,some pcb may need set programing.or some goods in tight supply), will need more time to prepare.We will let you know before order. 

2.Which Forwarding partner you company use?
We cooperated with express company like DHL,UPS,FEDEX ,TNT,JECX and so on.Including normal air company and sea company.

3.What is delivery time for express standard shipment (UPS,DHL,TNT )?
Delivery time for Express Standard shipment is normally 3-4 working days.

4.Can we arrange our courier to pick up the goods?
we accept customer use collection paid.But we need customer offer signed Account  number,company name,specific address.

5.how do you calculate freight cost for our order?
Calculate method: shipment cost of your order is calculated according to the weight or dimensional weight.
