1. How can I know the goods status?

 

-  After all goods well packed in standard export carton by operator

-  Our representative will arrange the courier and then send you tracking number or documents by mail.

-  You can check goods status througth related website.

-  Our representative will also follow up the shipment status till the goods reached destination safely.

 

2. If we get the wrong part or defective goods,can we return or exchange them?

 

-  The answer is yes.of course.We will give best service for you.

-  Firstly,make sure the returning goods is correct,unused and in complete.

-  Then,Please contact our representative salesman.They will show you exchange/return form.

 

After our service team  inspected and confirmed,they will inform you details about the following matter.

 

NOTE: Please Pack the returning parts carefully. The sender is liable for damage caused by incorrect packaging.
